Can anything be done for drawn out look and festoons? (Photo)

Question

I am 60yrs old, and recently had filler put on both sides of my face. Had only 1 festoon and the time and seemed to have gotten another after the filler. What can be done to look less drawn out and festoons gone? Thank you

Festoons are caused by water retention in the loose tissue below the eyelids. This can be approached directly with an incision and electrocautery of the loose tissue to shrink it. They are made worse with water retention (high salt diet). They may also be increased with filler injection that attracts water. 
They may also be treated by excision in extreme cases.

You would benefit from a facelift and browlift.  Your eyebrows are too low and your mid face has fallen.  After this has been done, you may need upper and lower blepharoplasty and possible fat transfers.
