I have always been insecure about my lower cheek area. I feel like my cheeks 'sag' and it's getting worse the older I get. When I gently pull my skin upward I feel happier with the shape of my face. I know jawline filler could probably help disguise the 'sagging' but the thought of having something injected into me makes me anxious, so filler isn't an option. Would a mini facelift address my concerns? Are there any other procedures you'd recommend?

Based on your photo, you are a good candidate for a mini facelift which does a great job of improving the jawline. Fat transfer in addition will work well to help fill out the hollowness of the cheeks. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.
Your incision in front of the ear should have been more posterior to hide in the crease. Also, you have what is called a smeared ear. This is where the earlobe has smeared onto the face. You will need a revision. This can be done at any time under local anesthesia.
