I have seen a consultant who said I have loose skin above my belly button. I am extremely unhappy and I've always wanted an oval 0 shape belly button. Could I ask for some second opinions please?

the abdominal tissues around it mainly skin, muscles and fat.
In your situation trying to change the shape may require
