How common is recurrence of prominent ears after otoplasty using dissolvable stitches? Just been reading a post about someone's ears going back to how they was and started to worry about it

A bone spur in the back of the septum is unrelated to all of the ear issues and sinus infections. Removal of the bone spur is performed with a septoplasty as an outpatient surgical procedure which should help with nasal obstruction and sometimes with facial headaches.
