Is this bad correction after arm liposuction? Do I need a 3rd correction? (Photo)

I done liposuction full body + but fat transfer in thailand .Removing 12kg. Later,i had second correction after 3 month.removing 2 kg more for my apper arm and my tummy ,but now im suffering from uneven arm( i cant wear sleevless dress) its like ups and down .. Like there is a hole in my apper arm...now its been since 2nd correction 4 month( wearing gurment support 3 month ) What should i do now, i dont feel happy ... Now i lose exactly 9 kg in weight, stil in workout do i need 3rd correction?

I suggest posting photos and going to a revision liposuction expert.  There are very few physicians who specialized in this or know how to do hi def contouring which not only removes fat, but also tightens skin and contours the body.  Best, Dr. Emer.
