I suggest posting photos and going to a revision liposuction expert. There are very few physicians who specialized in this or know how to do hi def contouring which not only removes fat, but also tightens skin and contours the body. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for your question. Yes, you can liposuction an area more than once, though most plastic surgeons would recommend waiting 6 months after first surgery to allow swelling to completely resolve. After the first liposuction procedure, scar tissue is formed, which may not respond to the effects of the ocal anesthesia/tumescent fluid as well. Also, typically less fat is removed the second time because of the scar tissue. Hope this helps..best of luck!
Revision liposuction is an excellent modality for treatment. I would recommend our signature Hidef Revision liposuction which incorporates fat grafting, tumescent liposuction, laser liposuction, cavitation, and Brazilian Cellulite Treatment to help improve the results. After 3 years, liposuction should be able to be performed given that there is addressable issues present. It is important to have a consultation with a body contouring expert; when considering revision or secondary procedures, multiple consultations may be appropriate.

I would recommend our signature Hidef Revision Liposuction procedure to contour the abdominal area and tighten the lower skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
