I had nipple lift & ruptured Pip implant replaced 6 days ago with 625cc Motiva Implants over muscle. Why are they small? (Photo)

I had my first BA in year 2000 of High profile Pip implants 430cc and had to change them as they had Ruptured. I am now one week post removal, replacing with Motiva 625cc and a slight nipple lift but my question is why do they appear smaller.? I am worried because I have got so used to having large implants that I thought a 625 would be bigger than the pip 430cc or did the sizes change over time. I appear small and different shapes - Will they get better. I asked my Ps for big and natural
