I had my first BA in year 2000 of High profile Pip implants 430cc and had to change them as they had Ruptured. I am now one week post removal, replacing with Motiva 625cc and a slight nipple lift but my question is why do they appear smaller.? I am worried because I have got so used to having large implants that I thought a 625 would be bigger than the pip 430cc or did the sizes change over time. I appear small and different shapes - Will they get better. I asked my Ps for big and natural

Any revision is usually more expensive. Ideally your surgeon will help reduce costs as much as possible but lowering an implant that is is too high is not easy always and may take more time than the primary surgery

One month is way to early to be overly concerned about pain. Certainly tacking stitches can cause some of this however it should not be permanent, The nerves can be irritated and may take time to settle. Im not sure why you were pushing them down but this may be normal settling or you may end...
