Delay of period after surgery ?

Iam 22 female i had eye surgery before 3 week under general anesthesia (40 min ) & know know my period late for 7 day im very wory about that ? Thank you

It is not unusual for patients' menstrual cycles  to be  delayed after surgery.  This typically resumes its normal cycle 2-3 months after surgery;  if not a visit with your GYN will be helpful.Best wishes.

It is possible to experience a delay in your menstrual cycle after under going anesthesia. It will eventually normalize with time.
