Final wound healing can take up to 1 year to be completed, so you may be feeling the scar tissue and swelling after the surgery. I would recommend to continue with conservative treatment and massaging the area for now.

First, en bloc surgery is for cancer surgery only and not just removing capsules. Second, if you surgeon requests that you wait 2 weeks, then please wait two weeks.
