Lateral capsule correction and implant replacement after 14 years - suggestions? (Photo)

Hello, I've had Mentor 500cc saline implants for 14 years. They've shifted laterally, and I need to have a lateral capsule correction and implant replacement. I think my current implants must have been overfilled at 500cc because he told me he didn't want to go beyond 12cm at the time. According to the Mentor chart, they were 11.7cm when overfilled. From what I understand, there's probably been some evaporation over the past 14 years. I was going to get 590cc Motiva Corsé implants (12.5cm width and 6.3cm projection), but I've changed to B-Lite Extra High 555cc implants (13.3cm width, 6.3cm projection). Is that too big for me? 8 mm wider than the Motiva implants but much lighter (390-400 g), the surgeon told me I would feel these. Will it look bad if they're too wide? Another surgeon found 14 cm wide and wanted to use sizers between 535 and 680, but I didn't follow up. I regret it because I'm afraid of making a mistake on my own and ending up with implants that are too wide, since my first surgeon said 12 cm. My current surgeon didn't want to go over 13 cm initially and wanted to give me 12.5 cm Motiva implants. Will the B-Lite implants look very wide? My implants are spaced out now, especially elongated; in the middle of my breasts there's only my natural breast tissue. The Mentor implants start after that, which I don't like.
