I am one week post op (325cc over muscle) and all week I have felt absolutely fine, I haven't had to take any painkillers at all. However last night I went out and feel as though I may over done it. I wasn't silly but now one boob especially is very very sensitive and the stitch is hurting, like a stinging throbbing pain (no leaking). It also feels like it has moved (maybe I'm being paranoid) but it hurts now when I move in certain positions. They also look different compared to 2/3 days ago.

Hello,Thank you for your question. Yes, acrylic nails and polish can interfere with reading your pulse and oxygen during surgery. Most Surgical centres and hospitals will require that you have them removed. I recommend that you discuss this with your Plastic Surgeon to be prepared.All the best
