I am scheduled to have my breast augmentation at the end of this month. My preoperative appointment is next week. I've read alot about preparing for surgery. A few things I read mentioned removing fingernail Polish before surgery. I get my nails done biweekly and have acrylic put on them. Do I need to remove the acrylic also before surgery?

Hello,Thank you for your question. Likely, a small amount of alcohol 5 days before surgery won't be a concern but it is best that you clear this and other supplements/energy drinks with your Plastic Surgeon. They may have specific preferences and restrictions.All the best
Hello and thank you for your question!Getting winded and being short of breath from small activities is not normal. I urge you to consult with your surgeon immediately and perhaps a visit to the ER to rule out any pulmonary embolism issues. Best of luck to you!
