Do I have tubular or just saggy breasts? What would be the best procedure to fix this issue? (Photos)

appear that you may have mildly tuberous breasts, with some ptosis or sagging.
You should be able to see dramatic results with a breast augmentation and lift
procedures. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an
experienced, board certified plastic surgeon. He/she will examine your breast
and determine the best procedure or set of techniques to raise your breasts and
achieve the desired results.

From the photographs it looks as though you indeed have a modest amount of constriction of the base of the breast. Almost always the skin be corrected with breast augmentation if you're in the market for larger breasts. There are some measurements that need to be taken to substantiate this opinion based on photographs alone.

A breast lift would be necessary for you if you want to change the size/position of your areolas. A common treatment technique involves releasing this constricted breast tissue by making internal radial incisions that allow it to splay out properly. These incisions are done internally so the patient doesn’t see anything externally. In most cases the Plastic Surgeon will suggest the placement of an implant, typically in the sub-mammary position to better influence the breast’s shape and to add greater volume. If excess or sagging skin is present, surgeons may recommend performing a breast lift as part of the procedure as well.I recommend that you meet with a board certified Plastic Surgeon in person to discuss your goals and options.All the best

Thank you for your question and pictures.  It does not appear as though you have tubular breasts.  I think you would have a great result from a breast augmentation and a periareolar lift.

Hello and thank you for your question.  It appears that you have a mild form for tuberous breasts and some ptosis.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that
being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be
achieved with an implant and a breast lift.  The size,
profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast
size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. 
This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with
equal input from both you and your surgeon.   Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their
results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  It appears that you have a mild case of tuberous breast with an enlarged areola and tight breast crease, in addition to some mild sagging of the tissue. The best treatment would be through a combination of breast implant placement and a breast lift.  Hope this helps.

You have both. There's constricted breasts and sagging. Most likely, you will need a breast lift, breast implants, and areola reduction. Based on the amount of excess skin, I believe you can do it in a single stage surgery. Always see board certified plastic surgeons for best results. 

You appear to have some degree of tubular breasts, with a constricted base and enlarged areolae. You would benefit from just a peri-areolar lift (incision is simply around the nipple) that would help reduce the areolae size and lift your nipples up a bit. Also, a breast augmentation with give you additional volume. Best to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can measure you and evaluate you in person. Good luck!

It does appear to me that there are features of a tubular breast, with a narrow base diameter. A Benelli lift is often very helpful in correcting the shape that you have.

the photos you have provided and without evaluating you in person, but your
breasts do show some of the common characteristics of tuberous breasts, even if
somewhat mild. If you’re concerned about the shape, size or position of your

solutions. Breast augmentation performed in a woman with tubular breasts
