Yes! Breast implants can give you upper pole fullness. If you go with a implant that is not to big, you can achieve natural looking breasts. Find a implant that compliments your body and you can have natural, fuller breasts.

In general, a breast implant puts pressure on the breast tissue and does cause some rounding. If there is tuberosity to your breasts, this would be less likely. I think your goals are ultimately achievable but you will need to have a consult with a plastic surgeon to determine your best option.

You are an excellent candidate for a donut mastopexy to reduce your areolas and tighten your skin and a small submuscular augmentation for better shape, cleavage and upper pole fullness. You may choose saline or silicone gel, depending on your preference. Hello @Jubilant182468 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. It is posible to get natural looking breast and round. Just an areola reduction won't do the trick, the shape of the breast would be the same and the volume would reduce. You could do with breast augmentation or fat transfer depending on what you want. You can achieve rounder breasts with a breast augmentation. The photos you posted as ideal shapes are doable with the right implant.
Your areola can be reduced at the same time if you desire, however with a larger breast you may not want or need this.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed to help them look more round.

Thanks for your question. If you are looking for smaller areolae and a less pointed shape but don't want to have bigger breasts, an areola reduction procedure (periareolar mastopexy) could potentially reduce the current areolar projection and provide a more rounded shape. It's important to get a proper in-person assessment with a certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon to determine if your goals are achievable. They will also be able to explain the risks and recovery time in detail.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes.
