Hello all. I am 30 years old, 5’3” and weigh 170 pounds. Is it possible to have rounded breasts instead of the pointy ones I have now? Prior to my 25 pound weight gain, I was almost completely flat with two large areolas as breasts. I don’t care if my breasts are small, I want a nice shape. Will an areola reduction do the trick, breast augmentation, or is there truly no hope. The last two pics are of what to me are ideal shapes and would like to achieve. Is this doable or should I give up?

Correcting inverted nipples is typically a straight forward surgery and can be performed by your breast augmentation surgeon. There is no need to have them done separately. When visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon mention your two concerns. I'm confident she/he will be able to...

Based on your photos. you can do with out a lift,. Address this concern with your surgeon at the pre op appointment. Best wishes!
If you understand that your implants will sit a bit lower on your chest and their weight will accelerate the rate of sagging, then you may not need a lift. Please discuss your goals with your surgeon so that they understand what you’d like.
