Do not be alarmed that you have ruined your results. Your nose will change as time goes on, especially these next 6 months. Laughing is an unlikely cause of the changes. If you continue to have concerns you can consult with your doctor for an in person opinion.Hope this helps,Dr. Ali Sajjadian

Loss of smell after rhinoplasty may be due to obstruction in the nasal cavities or a fracture of the cribriform plate through which olfatory nerves run.  If your breathing is not obstructed, I would consider the latter as a cause.  Unfortunately there is not much to be done for this....

Most rhinoplasty surgeons will allow patients to wash their face with a gentle cleanser after the sutures and external splint are removed. I use an external splint held in place with a skin adhesive and paper tape and I allow my patients to shower and wash their hair on postop day two. When this...

Revision rhinoplasty for multiple problems after rhinoplasty.You need to wait until at least 9 months after rhinoplasty and then see an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon to straighten nose and septum and revise your columellar scar etc.
