Is a white little bump inside of nostril an infection? (Photo)

It looks like this is probably caused by a dissolving stitch or ingrown hair. As a general rule it is always best to notify your surgeon immediate with any questions. 

Looks to be a small suture abscess following surgery but you would want it addressed ASAP as this can eventually cause a wound breakdown and septal abscess or even perforation.  Typically, drainage followed by a further round of antibiotics will quickly settle the problem down and solve the problem.  Best!
