Open wound (draining) and compression garments? (Photo)

I have had circumferential body lift on June 30 , after about two weeks of surgery I developed infection and fluids accumulation( seroma ) , the doctor had to have it open and cleared it out but I still have the open wound and it still draining , I also had an opening on my back that draining fluids , I haven't worn my compression garments since I had the open wound , I was woundering if I am supposed to wear it now or should I not ? Im almost 4 weeks post op
