Upper Eye Scar - will this cause issues with upper bleph surgery? (Photos)

Im I’m interested in getting an upper bleph surgery. I do have a childhood scar over one of the lids. Is this scar too high to get a successful surgery? in your opinion, is it possible to have it eliminated? My first consultation is next month .
