Ways to reduce congenital scleral show - Infraorbital rim implants only or other eye surgeries as well? (Photos)

Background: 26 Male South East Asian who has not had any eye surgeries before. Aesthetic Goal: reduce the visible white space between lower eyelid and lower iris (scleral show) and reduce appearance of dark circles in certain lighting conditions. I've visited an oculoplastic surgeon and was recommended Infraorbital Rim implants, stating that those would address negative orbital vector anatomy and would raise eyelids. However, I've consulted with other surgeons and was told those considering the level of scleral show, just implants would not raise the lower eyelid enough. So what I'm wondering based on surgeon experience 1. Approx how many mm increase can be expected with just infraorbital rim implants? 2. What indications would be used to determine if a spacer graft would be helpful/needed to raise the lower eyelid more? 3. Is an infraorbital rim implant generally done in conjunction with a canthopexy or canthoplasty? In my case, I don't want to change the canthal angle.
