I am 2 years post op from breast augmentation. I am 5’10 160 lbs. I have 450 srf implants. I am wanting to go larger but am wondering if I should also have a lift. My surgeon suggested I could go up to 560-605 without a lift but told me my nipples would be a little lower. This has me questioning if I should go for the lift. I am really not wanting the scars from a lift.

You did not ask a question, but I would recommend going with the smaller 380 cc implant which still will be a nice size but fit your frame and tissue much better.
I would keep your implants under the muscle and do the lift again. Going much smaller, somewhere between 300-450 cc's, will feel much better and have less of capsule formation. The 625 cc size is too large for your tissue and frame.
Please don't go with 600 cc's. That size will be too heavy on your neck and shoulders, thin your tissue too much, and sag with time. I would suggest somewhere around 425 to 450 cc's. This will be a much better size for life.
