I currently have terrible results after 3 breast surgeries. They are misshapen and I have a CC on my right and maybe even my right (not as bad at all) I currently have 625cc but I want to go much smaller. Ideally id like them a round, nice B/C cup. They are currently placed under the muscle. If i get a smaller implant, should they go above or below the muscle/ how many cc's would be appropriate? Are pretty boobs even attainable for me again?
Answer: Implants I would keep your implants under the muscle and do the lift again. Going much smaller, somewhere between 300-450 cc's, will feel much better and have less of capsule formation. The 625 cc size is too large for your tissue and frame.

Answer: Downsizing Good morning, I think you should downsize to the 350cc HP size range, stay under the muscle, have the Original Internal Bra to reduce your pocket size and provide long term lift and support for your new smaller implants, and redo your lift.

Answer: Implant size Dear mysilverlining, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Revision breast surgery this is always difficult and as other experts have intimated it may not be easy in one operation. you havnt said what cup size you were before you started the implant journey, but i would consider removal of the implants and capsulectomy as a first stage with breast lift. i would de-epithelialise all your native skin rather than remove it and you might be surprised how much volume could be retained with just your natural tissue- especially if your aim is just a b cup. if you wanted more volume once recovered then it would be safer to re-insert a smaller implant at a later date once everything is healed.

Answer: Breast implant reduction. Would they go above or below the muscle? How many ccs would be appropriate? Sorry for your results from 3 breast surgeries. But you will need at least 2 additional operations in my opinion based only on posted phots. 1st operation to correct bottoming and excess tissue by redo lift. 2nd operation implant exchange. expect fees in the $20,000+++ ranges.
