Went back to my surgeon who said the top of my right breast is a possible muscle slip. He also said there is really nothing I can do to fix it because it's my pec unless I go bigger. I don't want to go any bigger and feel like something isn't right. I ask to do fat grafting to the area and he said I didn't need it. He wasn't interested in doing a revision either and said it would be expensive without much benefit. Can this be fixed? I do have another apt with a second opinion.

Although you can rupture your implant at any time, without any trauma, it is unlikely that this is ruptured. I would suggest getting an ultrasound to check the implant. You also may have something going on with your neck or shoulder and need to see your medical physician.
Dear csmlove,
I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time...
What you have now is a very large and heavy implant for someone only 5'4". I do not suggest going larger, but going smaller so you have less sagging potential and be more comfortable. Bigger is not always better. You might even need a lift to remove excess skin.
