Explant after lift what will I have left and will fat transfer be option? Also: mini tuck or full tuck? No diastasis! (photos)

Thank you for the questions and the great pictures. Sorry to hear of your ongoing problems. Despite not having an in-person consultation with you, I have a fairly good idea of how I would approach your situation. I would recommend staging your surgery. First I would suggest implant removal with a full lift. This would reduce the skin envelope, remove the implant, and hopefully put you back near your pre-augmentation size. I would then let that heal and settle. Then I would recommend a full tummy tuck for you, no doubt about it. At the same time you did the tummy tuck, it would be a great opportunity to harvest the liposuction fat from the tummy tuck procedure and process and use it to augment the breast size if desired at that time. I would stage the procedures by about 3-6 months.Hope this helps!

Your pictures show what is called animation deformity, which can persist after implant removal unless the muscle is re-attached. It isn't possible to estimate what your cup size would be after implant removal and lift, especially not knowing what size your implants are. Fat transfer is an option. My guess is that you would do best with a full tummy tuck, whether or not you have a diastasis. 

Dear oilgirl123,your breasts will reduce in size after breast explant and they will probably drop so you will need a breast lift. Your local status will determine which incision for a breast lift would you need. Regarding tummy tuck, it looks like you will need  a full tummy tuck. It is difficult to tell from photos how much breast tissue you have vs. volume from the implants.  You can certainly consider having fat transferred after having the implants removed and a lift.  It is best done in stages.  Please be aware that fat transfer will not give the same appearance as implants do.  I recommend visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can give you a more accurate opinion on what to expect from surgery.

First I want to congratulate you for making this important decision. Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step!



Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo also a a breast lift without implants because you have enough tissue to reshape and lift it.


Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.
