Any way to make eyes more "squinty"?

I become much more attractive when I squint my eyes by raising my lower eyelid and lowering the top eyelid a bit. I try to permanently do it but it is not too easy. is there anyway I can achieve this effect with little effort? preferably by fillers. I really would like to permanently achieve this so I'm willing to do whatever it takes. thank you
