Any way to make eyes more "squinty"?

I become much more attractive when I squint my eyes by raising my lower eyelid and lowering the top eyelid a bit. I try to permanently do it but it is not too easy. is there anyway I can achieve this effect with little effort? preferably by fillers. I really would like to permanently achieve this so I'm willing to do whatever it takes. thank you

You have attractive large eyes.  Scleral show is normal with larger eyes.  Models such as Kate Moss even show signs of scleral show in certain images.  I'd avoid surgery.  Non surgical treatment of your cheeks and tear trough with filler may enhance the volume under your eyes...
