Answer: Requires an examination If the areas you're referring to are truly fat pockets, then surgical excision may be the only option. If all of them are in the lower abdomen, especially below the belly button, then a tummy truck might be able to fix that.Liposuction could potentially remove the healthy fat and leave behind some of the firm tissues. Conceivably, this could make it worse.Sometimes careful steroid injections can help. That should only be done by someone who has experience with steroid injections. Answer: Careful your photos are helpful,but an exam is needed. You should change injection sites and not use the lower abdomen. Hard or dead fat may not allow normal insulin absorption.Liposuction can remove some of the hard fat and make the contour better.
