As you have noted, some do and some don't.Personally, I do not generally close the incisions.When I do, it's always done with absorbable sutures, so there is no need to remove the sutures and no risk of leaving indentions from the sutures if not taken out on time.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
