Coolsculpting Applicator Placement? (Photo)

 Thank you for the questions and pictures.  A consultation is necessary to best qualify your best course of action.  Some  questions to ask are:
Did the person performing your evaluation and treatment attend  coolsculpting university?ask to see pictures from  THAT CLINIChow many has that clinician perform?is there a doctor on site or available to you?do they offer any other procedures that may be more beneficial to you alone or in conjunction ( venus/ sculpsure etc)Treatment to transform should give the best results

This depends on your individual shape and how your doctor decides to place them. Keep in mind, a combination approach is needed for best results with Coolscupting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. I would highly caution against getting a recommendation for appropriate CoolSculpting applicator placement  by any means other than an in-person consultation with a medical professional who has been trained by Zeltique.  We would want to sit down with you and discuss what it is that you are interesting is treating. Additionally, we would need to actually feel the areas, to make sure that they are pinchable and able to be treated. We would want to make further suggestions based on seeing you in person, and not on one photo with only one angle on the internet. In order to do a thorough "360 Treatment to Transformation" assessment, not only would you need to be seen in person, but you would need to be seen in the round, thus the "360". Having treating thousands of CoolSculpting patients who have been thrilled with their sensational and permanent results, I do hope you are able to find a reputable and experienced provider to help you reach your goals.

There will be varying recommendations regarding applicator type and placement. Most importantly, consider the specific areas that YOU want treated. 

Hello Jonz_88,Thank you for your question and photo. With regards to CoolSculpting a photo is only helpful in a general sense; there is no substitution for the in person consultation to establish if you are a good candidate, type of applicator(s) needed and location for placement. You have done a lot of research slight variations regarding placement can occur between practitioners but very different plans would not be expected. Are any of the centers you consulted with noted as "Centers of Excellence" from CoolSculpting University? If so that would be a good starting point to narrow the focus. Also a center that has a physician on site as well as other treatments for skin tightening etc. would be helpful as well with regards to where you have it done to allow for a "complete evaluation" as to how best to give you the results you desire. In other words if all you have is a hammer then everything looks like a nail. Be well. 

I don't know the area you want treated but the CoolSmooth may be the most appropriate.  You are very thin.

The question you are asking really can't be answered via the internet.  The area to be treated and the treatment regimen must be assessed in person.  The pinching and pulling of the skin is a vital part of evaluative process.  It's the only way to tell whether you are a good candidate for the procedure, where the applicator should be placed and which applicator will work best.  
It seems like you've read up on the procedure quite a bit.  I would go with whoever made the most sense to you and with whoever you felt the most comfortable.
