CoolSculpting and Essential Oils?

Question

I am scheduled to CoolSculpting done next week and I use Essential Oils. My concern is using the oils after the procedure. It sounds like the way it works is through inflammation and a lot of Essential oils aid in reducing inflammation in the body. There are also pain creams that I use with the oils in them - but again I am afraid to use them in fear that the oils will actually try to heal the cells and stop the inflammation, therefor the procedure will not work properly.

While essential oils have many positive benefits they will not affect Ccolsculpting results. Coolsculpting works through destruction of fat cells through cold.

No, essential oils won't negatively impact your treatment. Coolsculpting works by using controlled cooling to destroy fat cells. For best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend a combination approach.  I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. VASER with ThermiRF is the best alternative if you want a more contouring outcome. In the weeks to follow, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates dead cells. The results of CoolSculpting are long term, because the treated fat cells are gone for good. Thank you for your  very interesting question. Essential oils will not be able to penetrate deep enough to have any effect whatsoever,  this includes the oils in the pain cream as well.  The body will be able to draw fluids to the treated areas just fine, in order to remove the dead fat cells.  And, these cells will not be saved from dying by essential oils so don;t be concerned.  Your treatment results should turn out just as they would if you didn't use the oils. Good luck with your CoolSculpting journey.

In my opinion, the oils will have no effect on the outcome of your treatment. I don't believe the oils can reach the fat tissue which is treated so there should be no detrimental effect on your Coolsculpting.
