the very sides of my face by the cheek bones are really sticking out,not following a smooth line from forehead sides to lower cheek, there is these lumps & they make my face look deformed. It isnt cheek bones, more like fat in the wrong place.see how my face really "goes in" by the sides of the eyes, it should be a smooth continual line.Is there any procedure for this? should I get filler by the sides of the eyes to smooth out the dent? I think my overall face looks too big for my features atm.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
There are many great options for cheek fillers, and permanent fillers are rarely recommended, and certainly not at your age. The face changes, weight fluctuates, and face preferences change. I'd also be reluctant to look at surgery at your age. Best to speak to your dermatologist about the best...
If Megan Fox had fillers prior to 2010, it was most likely #Juvederm Ultra to the lips and #Juvederm Ultra Plus or Restylane to the cheeks. Her latest picture conceivably could reflect some #Voluma to the cheeks as well.
