From your description and your photos, it seems that your primary concern is volume loss at the temples.  This is a common issue as we age, especially in thinner individuals, and results from gradual fat loss in the temples.  You naturally have very high, pretty cheekbones, and this may be accenting the volume loss in the temples.  The best solution would be dermal filler injections - at this site, I tend to prefer Juvederm Voluma, which provides excellent lift and can last for over 2 years.Injecting filler into the temple is a highly advanced technique, that requires precise knowledge of facial anatomy to prevent potentially serious complications.  I would strongly urge you to schedule a consultation with a highly skilled cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon if you would like to discuss this option further.

You have lost fat in the area you are questioning. The best option would be to have Radiesse place back under the muscles.

Cheek implants are not ideal for correcting multiple irregularities of the cheek area. In your photos, I can see an asymmetrical cheek sagging with more sag on the left than on the right side. The tear trough is also deep and visible. Finally the lateral border of the cheek prominence is irregular.
