what does Megan Fox most likely have in her cheeks in this before and after? (photo)

Hi Please,Megan has filler in her cheeks and face.  Only her injecting physician knows for sure, and if I was her injecting physician, I couldn't tell the public anyway.  The best current filler to achieve cheek volumization in a natural beautiful manner is Voluma.  Voluma may be used in other areas of the face as well "off label."  Megan may have also had Sculptra at some time in the past.  Good luck and be well.Dr. P

Megan Fox fillers in cheeks? We are morally and legally bound not to disclose which celebrity or homemaker we have done. In my opinion the best filler for aging is Voluma--for the young, cheek implants.

Any doctor treating Ms. Fox is of course unable to say what she had done, if anything.However, many patients get very nice improvements with Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, botox, peels, lasers, skin care regimens, a professional makeup artist, perhaps a little airbrushing etc.However don't expect to look just like Ms. Fox or your plastic surgeon will run from the room!

If Megan Fox has had fillers placed in the after pictures, it's most likely Juvederm.  Juvederm Ultra XC is excellent for lips adn around the mouth.  Voluma or Juvederm Ultraplus XC are  excellent around the cheekbones adn cheeks.

She does look improved and great in the After.   She most likely has a temporary filler in her cheeks, like Juvederm, Voluma, Radiesse or Sculptra.  All of those fillers, with an experienced injector, could achieve a similar look.  She also has had rhinoplasty to narrow her nose, she has had filler in her lips, and she has thickened her brows all of which have helped to glamorize her look.

The pictures compare her face at rest with smiling. Anyone has elevated and fuller cheek appearance with smiling. These are not appropriate or valid pictures for comparison. Also, make-up can play a big role in creating the illusion of volume with highlights. I'm sure we all want to believe that Megan Fox has fillers or cheek implants etc. The reality is that she is young and naturally beautiful with great facial bone structure and soft tissue volume and skin texture. Any enhancement with fillers would be negligible. 

If Megan Fox had fillers prior to 2010, it was most likely #Juvederm Ultra to the lips and #Juvederm Ultra Plus or Restylane to the cheeks.  Her latest picture conceivably could reflect some #Voluma to the cheeks as well.
