Why is one implant bigger than the other? Why if the same 397cc was placed in both? (photos)

I would recommend seeing your physician again and trying to demonstrate your concerns.  It looks as if you have a very nice result, and certainly your one pic shows both breasts to be very similar to one another, while the darker photo shows some differences.  Lighting can certainly play a large role in photographs, so an exam will be helpful to determine what, if any, differences exist.

Normal breast asymmetry contributes to the issue at hand.  Your breast are different for this reason. Good luck.

From your photographs, there is a small degree of asymmetry that is noticeable in your after pictures. However, this appears to be consistent with your preoperative appearance. In some patients, it is necessary to use different sized implants, However, and other patients this only makes the asymmetry worse. Be patient has your photographs appear to be well within normal limits.Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

Thank you for your question. If you scrutinize your preop photo you can see that there are some mild asymmetries before your augmentation. This is why you have a very slight difference after your augmentation. Your postop photos show that you have a very nice result. In the final photo it is very hard to appreciate any difference. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luck. 

Your photos show a nice result. It is unlikely that massage would pop an implant. If you are still concerned, talk with your PS again. Also, an ultrasound might give you some information if you remain concerned that you popped. It does not appear that you you popped an implant. Good luck and be well.

It would be useful to have some preop pix to help answer you, but that being said, it is not unusual to have some asymmetry, both before and after surgery. If you have concerns, you should go back to see your surgeon to discuss this. Not likely the "pop" you heard was significant.
