Answer: Shaving after a beard transplant Generally speaking the cutoff for shaving or cutting transplanted hair is two weeks. It takes about two weeks for the hairs to be fully healed and seeded. If you feel the hair is not well seeded you may wish to wait longer because electric trimmers can pull on the hair and cause pulling.

Answer: Shaving 10 days after a beard transplant The general recommendation is to wait two weeks. The last thing you would want to happen would be to lose hairs after undergoing a complicated tedious procedure. Any form of shaving can pull on the new grafts and dislodge them. Please check with your doctor who may have very specific postop instructions depending upon specific techniques.
