I have very long thick and curly hair and typically wear my hair in a man bun unfortunately i have sparse beard. Im looking for a beard transplant but I want to avoid shaving my head. Is it possible to shave a small portion of the back so that I can still wear my hair in a bun and cover the shaved part? Would long hair FUE be an option. I work with patients daily and I dont want to walk around with a half shaven head.
Hello! I have had a beard transplant over a year ago . I am not happy with my result so i want to remove some hairs and already plucked a few out. now they are bumps on each place where grafts have been planted. will they disappear? are these scars? will i be able to treat them with a dermaroller? unfortunately i cant upload pictures. Thanks in advance.
Hello, i had a beard transplant surgery that made me depressed a lot, my face is still red and i can see some pitting inside + i pass my days in websites searching for answers, i am really really sad and i lost everything in my life in less than 45 days. I cant talk to my clinic because they blocked me. Please i need an answer, have you ever saw someone taking off his beard transplant (not mustache) with an acceptable amount of scars after fue out the grafts ? Laser can help after ? Thx
drs. i want to go and get a revision beard transplant on both cheeks as i have a patch of hair missing from a past laser removal. my concern is that my last beard transplant caused permanent ingrown hairs and redness and scarring. i only trim the hairs 1mm or longer with trimmer and never clean shave. i am forced to pluck the hairs as i contsantly get ingrown hairs and pimples. nowhere else. what technique should i request for my next beard transplant? and what can be done to prevent this happen
I want to get beard FUE. A doc who specializes in FUE recommended ~2,000 grafts for full coverage. Most FUE patients seem to keep their beard longish, so scarring concerns aren't as relevant. Those that address scarring say there IS minor scarring and being close shaved isn't a good look now. I want to keep my beard hair at a 5 o'clock shadow to a couple days' growth, and to clean shave sometimes. Is this possible, or will my face always have a bit of bumpyness / scarring?
There is various conflicting answers online as to when you can resume exercise (Weightlifting in particular) after a beard transplant. I have asked my doctor but the reasons around waiting severals weeks to exercise isnt clear. How long should I wait? I understand weightlifting increases blood pressure and you dont want to increase the blood pressure in your head, but will increased pressure to the head actually cause harm to implants in the face? If it does, what will actually happen?
