Hi...I'm having a beard transplant at the end of January and am looking at buccal fat removal later in the year. How long would I need to wait after the beard transplant before buccal fat removal to ensure transplanted hairs are not disrupted and effective buccal fat removal can be performed? Sorry if this is in the wrong section as I wasn't sure if beard transplant or buccal fat category was more appropriate. Thanks for answering.
I have a mustache and hair under lip and chin (first picture). Can a long stubble like 1st picture look natural? Most patients have long beards (that usually look a bit thin) in their after pictures. About how many grafts would be needed?
Often when i look at pictures of beard transplant the edges look to sharp and perfect at the upper border of the cheeks compared to natural beards. This is especially noticeable with stubble or short beards. Is it possible to ask the surgeon to make the implants of follicles more irregular or the transition more sparse?
I did a series of laser hair removal treatments on my neck a few years ago, and now wish I had left more hair to make the transition between my facial hair and neck area look more natural. Picture attached is me. Is it possible to transplant hair to the area under the chin and the top of the neck? Would FUT or FUE be better for this?
I (25M) had a bullhorn lip lift a year ago. The scar is a bit noticeable: it's white and large enough to be noticeable to others and to bother me. My idea to mask this is to get a small beard transplant from under the chin into this area. It would just add to the height of my mustache and isn't inside the nose or anything. Does this sound like a viable option?
I just wanted to ask regarding cobblestone/tenting in theory would it be possible to reverse it if I simply had the grafts removed? Or would that only remove the hair and the bumps would still be visible? Thanks.
