I had FUE beard transplantation a week ago. On my donor area lots of white patches are there. Looks like dandruff. Why? (Photo)

Dry skin can be an issue causing white flakes like dandruff.  It is a good idea to check with your doctor to make sure the area is healing well and the type of shampoo your doctor recommends.  Most doctors recommend mild shampoos.  Finally FUE leaves a WHITE scar.  Thousands of white dots.  Aside from the dry skin you may be seeing the FUE scar.  Despite what you may read on the Internet, FUE is not a scar-less surgery.

FUE causes scarring in punctate patches like you are describing. This happens 100% of the time and these patches of white dots are about 1mm in diameter in the donor area. If that is what you are taking about, then these will probably be permanent. Scarring occurs in anyone who received a 'cut' on the body, even FUE is not immune from such scarring.
