This white patches area when i rub its getting pained.. Also this white patches are there in transplant area too..Even without touching also its paining on back of head . What is the solution for this ? Thanks in advance

Dry skin can be an issue causing white flakes like dandruff.  It is a good idea to check with your doctor to make sure the area is healing well and the type of shampoo your doctor recommends.  Most doctors recommend mild shampoos.  Finally FUE leaves a WHITE scar.  Thousands of white dots.  Aside from the dry skin you may be seeing the FUE scar.  Despite what you may read on the Internet, FUE is not a scar-less surgery.

FUE causes scarring in punctate patches like you are describing. This happens 100% of the time and these patches of white dots are about 1mm in diameter in the donor area. If that is what you are taking about, then these will probably be permanent. Scarring occurs in anyone who received a 'cut' on the body, even FUE is not immune from such scarring. We are treating many of these with Scalp Micropigmentation very successfully. See below in web reference.
