I had brachioplasty done about 7 weeks ago. I lost 105lbs three years ago naturally, but always had big arms even before I gained and lost the weight. When I had brachioplasty, the surgeon did not perform lipo. I wanted to be at my goal weight before the surgery, but was and still am 13lbs away from there. If I exercise and lift weights, eat a high protein diet, and lose weight slowely, can I tone up my arms and will I majorly sag?
