I must say that my experience was great! With the help of the Lord Dr.P changed my life. I needed and wanted to have a tummy tuck for over 30 years, but was so afraid to. I caught Dr.P right before he retired my surgery was November 30, 2018, and he was retiring in December 2018. He was truly a blessing. Now my pictures. Updated on 5 Jan 2019: These are before and after l am very pleased with my results!!!
I just got my Brazilian Butt Lift Monday May 14, 2018 . During my procedure Dr. P and his team removed the fat from my stomach and Lower adomen and put it in my butt. I am very happy with my results. The pain wasn’t as bad as everyone said it was , I was walking around a few hours after my surgery but later that night when I laid on my stomach to sleep i felt the pain in my stomach which was unusual. I go for my next visit which is a check up on Thursday May 17,2018. I feel Great and look great .
Day 1- lots of pain. Taking pain meds every 4 hours. I was able to shower this day. Needed assistance from my husband, was not able to do much at all for myself. Poor appetite, drinking lots of fluids. No bowel movement but taking meds to bring one on. Up walking to bathroom with help from my husband. I’m sleeping a lot. No fever. Glad husband is here to help me. Updated on 19 Mar 2018: I’m 10 weeks post op and loving my results, I’m so glad I had the procedure. I’ve gone from size 14 to 10 and from large to medium. My weight was 175 now I’m 163 and trying to loose more, my goal weight is 150, I’m 5’1. My skin and muscles are still tight, feel soreness to my lower abs at times. I still don’t have much feeling to my stomach but that doesn’t bother me. I feel better, I have so much more confidence, and I don’t have to hold my stomach in or worry about looking overweight anymore! I stayed out of work for 5 weeks, I work 12 hour shifts and on my feet the whole time. I was not able to stand straight until week 4. I wore the binder until around week 4 then slowly weaned myself off. I still wear it sometimes at night or when I have a lot of swelling. Days I work I swell pretty bad still. Dr. Pagadala did an excellent job with my surgery. I have zero complainants. I understand he will be retiring at the end of the year so I’ll be going back this fall for some more lipo to my upper back and bra line. Dr. Pagadala’s techniques are great using a super low incision and making a small belly button.
I had my surgery done in 2016 and I love my results. I’ve gone back to Dr. Pagadala for a second surgery. He does have a strong opinion but he is just honest and isn’t going to tell you what you want to hear if he doesn’t feel it will give you the best results.
Dr. P is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I am very pleased with his work thus far! I had an extended tummy tuck done on 2/9/18. I am post op day 10. I have a lot of swelling going on but that is to be expected.
On October 3rd I had Lipo done to my thighs and knees. I was scheduled to have this surgery with Doctor Cochrane. It was rescheduled due to his unfortunate death. About 5 years ago Dr. Cochrane did a tummy tuck and lipo. I was very pleased with his work. So to say I was nervous to have someone else do the procedure. The office staff reassured me of Dr. P. I met him and he showed me pictures of his work. So I was nervous but I felt I was making the right decision. The surgery went well and it's day 1 of recovery and needless to say I'm sore. I took bandages off and can tell some difference minus some swelling. I'll keep everyone posted on my recovery.
First, I must say that this office in Columbus, GA recently experienced a loss of one of its surgeons, Dr. Thomas Cochran and I was originally scheduled with him. They handled such an unexpected tragedy with excellence from the customer service via email and phone all the way out to my surgery and post-op appointment. I am very happy with my results but I am also very impressed with the overall staff's professionalism. The night before my flight into GA, I was freaking out, but after I had my in-person consultation with Dr. Pagadala, I felt much more comfortable. He was funny, confident, and clear when disseminating all of what I needed to know about the tummy tuck procedure. I felt like I was in good hands even though he hadn't been my first choice. As for the tuck itself, I have a lot of swelling but I am pleased with how I look now so I know that when things settle down, I'm going to look amazing!!!
Good morning Ladies. I finally made it to the flat side. Dr P is very sweet, nice & straight forward. I was completely comfortable talking to him. My procedure was yesterday. Haven't opened my binder just yet, but I will in a few minutes. Today's pain is totally different than yesterday, anesthesia makes a big difference, LOL. Updated on 4 Aug 2017: Hi Dolls. I haven't taken any post pics yet, this pain is a beast. Everything went well. The swelling and tightness is painful. My fin keep saying beauty is painful. I told her, her ass. Hope all I well with the other dolls. Dr P. was very sweet, polite & straight to the point, I was very comfortable around him. I'll keep y'all updated. I'll post free pics today. ???? Updated on 5 Aug 2017: Good morning dolls. Well all I can say is day 4 is better than day 3,2 & 1; the best day was surgery day, anesthesia that is, lol. I'm better. Have a sharp pain in right side every now & then, but otherwise I'm holding up. 1 day at a time is all it can be. Prayers to all the dolls. ???? Updated on 8 Aug 2017: Well I skipped all the way to day 7. All I can say is take it 1 day at a time. My back & standing up straight has been a task, today better. My incision is healing, a lot of swelling & tenderness. I only take my pain medication at night, in the beginning it was every 4 hours or 3.5 hours. So to all my dolls, be physically & mentally prepared, limitations & pain. No one heals nor feels the same. ?????? Updated on 13 Aug 2017: Hi dolls, today is ok. My incision is infected in some areas, yes I'm on medication but the antibiotics giving me diarrhea & possibly another infection from the antibiotics. No, I haven't posted pics, although I m smaller & I can tell the difference, I'm just very down due to the complications. Many many tears. All I can say is everyone heals differently & the entire process must be physically, mentally & emotionally prepared for. Prayers for all dolls & thank y'all for the support, love y'all dolls. Updated on 20 Aug 2017: Almost 3 weeks, I'm 19 days post op & my dolls all I can say is that it has been a rough journey. Infection, swollen area probably full of infection, starting to drain slowly, on Antibiotics out my ass, ER, painful, scary & many tears. I can't post any pics yet because of all I'm going threw, but I will when it better & I'll post infection & all. Prayers for all dolls. Updated on 26 Aug 2017: Hi dolls. Well this process & journey has beaten my ass, but I refused to be defeated, so I'm finally retiring to myself post this roller coaster ride. Finished my antibiotics, no more diarrhea & my incision is healing slowly, but progress is better than nothing. I'm flat except my 1 area to the right below my navel and I've been rubbing & massaging it, so it's gong down slowly. I'm back to work finally. Amen & Thank God for hearing my cries. Thank you my dolls for he support & truly caring. Never meet y'all, but I have much love & respect for y'all & thank you. I'll post more pics as soon as everything heals. Updated on 31 Aug 2017: Ok so just a question for the dolls. Did this tummy tuck seem like it made the breast drop more. The tightening of my abs seems as thou it's making it difficult to pick these girls up. Lol. Updated on 3 Sep 2017: Besides my incision & 1 swollen area that is going down slow, I like my results & I pray it gets better Updated on 3 Sep 2017: When my incision is healed, I'll post it. Updated on 30 Sep 2017: Making headway, still swelling is a beast, I think the tenderness & hurt is hard, stiffness, muscles tight, but improving, incision healing slowly.
I must admit that I was somewhat apprehensive about Dr. P after reading some of the RS reviews, but a good friend of mine has awesome results from him, and I figured that he's been doing something right all these years, and I was right. He was straight to the point and didn't cut any corners. I am appreciative for him, and very well satisfied with his service as well as the staff.
I went in to see Dr P i had no request just went with his vision. he was very gentle and calming ; considering i had never been under anesthesia. I woke up to curves of a country back road. Whooohoo. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am truly thankful happy and fine! Dr. P is truly skilled. I would recommend him 1000 times over. The staff are very friendly and informative. Mrs Donna and Mrs Gail are like the clients cosmetic mothers. I know i worried them up until my surgery. I will post pics after Dr P does my final check up ; as well as a review on you-tube it will be titled "Dr P's Doll 706"! R.I.P Dr Butch Cochran. You changed so many people lives and helped profusely in your community!!!!!
It is difficult to tell if you have a tuberous breast deformity from the single side view picture you submitted. It is very easy to diagnose it from a frontal photo. Just looking at that single picture I don't believe you have a tuberous breast.
Looking at your photos I believe you are a good candidate for the Brazillian butt lift as long as your expectations are reasonable. You should get a very nice fullness and shape with the donor fat you have now. However, if you want to go extremely large you may have to put on a few more pounds. Remember that the extra weight will come off when you have the procedure.
Since you have lost appx. 120 lbs. I would assume that you are now left with a large roll of loose skin under your bra line. This could be very successfully corrected with a bra line back lift which would leave you with a scar hidden in your bra line and a smooth back.
Looking at your pictures you have enough donor fat that can be taken from your abdomen, hips lower back and inner thighs to give you the 800 to 1000 cc of fat you want for each buttock. You have to usually harvest over 3000 cc to 4000 cc of fat to get this amount for fat transfer. Good luck.
You may have a recurrence of your hematoma or a seroma at this time. I would advise you to see your surgeon sooner than waiting the two days and have it drained and possibly a drain placed .
