There are a number of different techniques to address this area however without pictures it is difficult to assess your goals. I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
Itwould be difficult to determine this without seeing you for a consultation.Without seeing what areas you are talkingabout, it is hard to know what technique would be best to treat the area. You should discuss your concerns with your PlasticSurgeon.
Hello. Thank you for your question. It is impossible to really assess your concerns without pictures. However, there are several ways to tighten skin in the temple region without slanting or changing the eyes. A lateral/temporal brow lift is very useful for elevating the brow and tightening the skin in the temple region. Augmentation of the temple region with fat or fillers can tighten the skin. Laser skin resurfacing can also be helpful for mild wrinkling and skin laxity in the temple region. I would encourage you to seek a consultation with a board certified surgeon with experience and expertise in facial rejuvenation and allow them to fully assess your individual case and determine the best treatment plan to achieve your goals. I hope this information is helpful.
Without a photo it is difficult to accurately assess your question, however, any procedure where excess skin is removed would tighten the area. Either a facelift with temoral extension or perhaps browlift would accomplish this.
A temporal lift will correct this and yes it can elevate the lateral canthus of the eye; however, most patients do not find this objectionable.
Thank you for your question. I often will place a hyaluronic acid filler into the temple area, which will both restore volume and will help to tighten the skin. This can be done quite easily and with minimal discomfort. There are certain facelifting procedures that will tighten this area; however, this often results in a distorted hairline, that I like to avoid. As always, be sure to have an in person consultation with a Board Certified Facial Plastic to discuss your concerns and goals. I hope that this helps!-David Gilpin
A lateral brow lift will be able to elevate the temporal skin. In my opinion it will not affect the lateral canthus of the eye as this is a fixed structure, so it should not elongate or affect the eyes.Hope this helps,Dr. Gus Diaz
A lift of the brow will raise the temples a bit. The canthus will not move as it is a fixed structure., unless it is released.
Only with photos can more than a generalized answer be given.I would be more than happy to give you my best advice if you can provide photos.
A limited scar "brow lift "thru relatively small scars in the scalp of the temple can help a lot.Not likely to distort the eye but depends on what is done and how it is executed. If the problem is a temple hollow or concavity rather than wrinkleld loose skin, fat injections can work well
