Overresected bones and gaps after rhinoplasty. Can something like this be fixed? (Photo)

8 months ago I had a rhinoplasty with terrible results. My radix was lowered from upper to lower eyelid and what turned out in cbct scan I've got gaps between maxilla and nasal bones and a deep dent in "new" radix area. Not only does it look bad, but the pain and the swelling while wearing glasses is unbereable - I can feel that the glasses rest between bones. Can something like this be fixed? I'm currently looking for the revision ANYWHERE to fix it and get rid of pain...
