I had an open rhinoplasty months and months ago, my nose has looked the same since week 6/7. I have not seen any changes since then, compared to now. The attached pics were taken today. As you can see, the bigger side (the RIGHT side of my nose) looks lumpy, and very asymmetrical. My belief is that a lot of scar tissue developed on the right side of my columella and tip. I think it looks awful. What kind of REVISION should I investigate? I am hoping for non-surgical suggestions :(

Answer: Lumpy, asymmetrical nose - what kind of revision should I look into?
Hi @Philosophical163597. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
Hi Celebrated5879! Likely if your tip turns blue in cold weather, blood flow has decreased to the area. Hyperbaric oxygen is a great modality--this can deliver more oxygen to the tissues allowing them to heal. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
