Had septo-rhinoplasty 7m ago. Once cast was removed I noticed huge assymetry in my nose. Surgeon said it was swelling. Waited and had 3 injections for the swelling. The swelling went down but revealed more assymetry in the side view. I noticed a huge bump on the bridge, my surgeon wants to rasp down using local anesthesia. Will this help or should I plan for a revision surgery. My surgeon thinks that aside from the bump my results are good. I would appreciate your feedback on the result.
