Had open reduction rhinoplasty nearly 6 months ago, was left with twisted nose and uneven nostril/tips, bridge left wide and now unable to breathe through both nostrils at same time. Was told the tip/twist of the septum can't be fixed because of the way it has been stitched internally? Really praying this isn't true and can be fixed. Would this make me a good case for revision rhinoplasty and would it be possible to narrow the bridge and straighten the nose again?
