Hi, I had a car crash resulting in broken nose at age of 12. I was advised to wait till 16 for functional surgery due to severe deviation and nose moved to one side badly which caused migranes, congestion, difficulty of breathing. At 16 , surgery was performed by ORL doctor in hospital. Nose looked crooked and still deviated by I was able to breathe and migranes stopped. In my 20's I've decided to have estetic nose surgery to improve apperance and to get my old nose back ( prior car crash ) as close as possible. Surgery was done by certified board surgeon , very famous and popular. I was botched. Within next few years I went to few other surgeons and non one dared to perfom revision ( it would be 3rd ). Pls I need an advice if it's fixable or I should just accept the fact I am botched for life..

Compared to what you started with, you do not appear to have a deviated nasal appearance. You appear to have some slight nasal tip asymmetry and nasal sidewall asymmetry which may be addressed with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections for a permanent result. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
In general, when there is a bulge of the medial crus, this is not due to cartilage asymmetry of the tip. Rather it is due, in most cases, to a deviated nasal septum. Consider getting a second opinion from another reputable rhinoplasty specialist before having anything performed under local...
