Earlobe damage: How long after getting stitches can I exercise?

Without examining you and seeing the extent of your injuries, it is difficult to tell you when you might be able to exercise again after the repair to your earlobe.  I would recommend contacting the physician who treated you and ask when you can resume exercise.  

I recommend speaking with your surgeon who can evaluate the progress of your healing and determine when you can be cleared to return your regular exercise activities. Doing this can ensure your safety and best results for your ear.
