At three weeks postop a topical scar treatment may be considered for the external scar-if an open rhinoplasty was performed. An antiseptic cream probably won't provide much benefit three weeks postop- assuming the incision is healing well.
This cream is an antiseptic preparation containing chlorhexidine. It may or may not be irritating to the incisions or open wounds depending on the concentration of the chlorhexidine.
