I had an emergency situation and needed to be seen immediately. Dr. Bray took me in with no hesitation and made me feel comfortable in his care. His team was able to quickly give me an appointment. I couldn’t be any happier with the results!

It has been four months since Dr. Bray Jr. completed my lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty, brow, lift, and upper & lower eyelid blepharoplasty. I am beyond happy with my results. I’m a 63 year old woman and have always looked younger but the last several years I felt my face was starting to show my age significantly, especially my neck and eye areas. I was skeptical to undergo surgery as I remember years ago seeing women with a pulled back look which did not look natural. I started seeing Dr. Bray’s posts on Instagram and was amazed at how natural his patients looked after their procedures. While I was not certain I’d move forward with any procedure I went in for a consultation. Dr. Bray Jr. spent a lot of time with me, explained what he thought would be best for me and gave me several surgical options as I wasn’t sure I wanted a complete face lift. He made me very comfortable and I felt no pressure at any time to proceed. I was especially impressed that Dr. Bray Jr. is triple board certified. He was very concerned about my overall health. His Patient Care Manager, Rose, also spent time with me. She was amazing! She explained everything I could expect with every procedure, before and after. I was also told I could call or come in again if I had further questions or concerns.
After meeting with Doctor Bray Jr. and Rose I felt no hesitation that i would be in the best hands. And I was! Even the surgery center and team were excellent. Dr. Blessing, the anesthesiologist, was amazing. She held my hand the entire time before putting me under and made me feel very comfortable. While Dr. Bray Jr. told me it could take up to a year for the complete results to show, it has been 4 months and I feel that he accomplished exactly what I expected! My face looks very natural, i look like myself but just younger and rejuvenated. I see people and they say, “You look amazing, what are you doing!” Dr. Bray Jr. is an artist! He and his team are top notch. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Dr. Bray is the best. He did my Botox and fillers before my wedding and I was so pleased with the results. He also performed my rhinoplasty a few years ago. I will definitely come back to Dr. Bray for all future cosmetic work.

I recently had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. David Bray, Jr, and am completely thrilled with my results. I did 4 consults before selecting Dr. Bray, and also received several referrals indicating that he was the best for this surgery. From start to finish, the procedure was better than I had expected, and the before/after pictures are the final icing on the cake! Dr. Bray takes time to discuss all aspects of the procedure, and answers all questions without rushing. He does not try to talk you into additional procedures, nor does he push for your decision. His credentials speak for themselves, but I can attest to the care and perfection that he delivers. My friends cannot believe the natural appearance and lack of scars, and neither can I! The office staff is also a plus - they are great!

Dr. Bray is an excellent surgeon. I had a breast augmentation and liposuction on my flanks/arms in 2018. I love my results. I’ve healed well. Minimal scarring and it’s continuously disappearing.it was well worth it. Dr Bray is a talented surgeon with exceptional bedside manners. I’m so glad I chose him out of the other surgeons I consulted with. He’s patient, knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, kind, and empathetic. I would refer him in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Dr. Bray by a friend who had a procedure done by him. Dr. Bray also stood out to me because he is triple board certified. What an amazing difference Dr. Bray has made in my life. I feel 15 years younger and my husband says I look 20 years younger! Dr. Bray took meticulous care in performing lower face and neck lift about 3 months ago. The week before the procedure I almost cancelled it because I was getting anxious and scared of how difficult the recovery was going to be. I went to see Dr. Bray and he was so patient and took the time to go over all the details again and answered all my questions for the third time. He totally put me at ease and he was so right! Beyond his obvious surgical skill, Dr. Bray and everyone in his office showed the compassion and warmth that is so rare these days. Thank you Dr Bray and all his staff!

I am 75 years old and this was my first face procedure. I wanted to handle specific things to make me look younger, but I did not want to look different.
I wanted to have less neck wrinkles, tightened face lines, and to take away my droopy eyelids.

Dr. Bray spent a very long time with me until he thoroughly understood what I wanted to achieve. He gave me options on how the procedures could be done. I left the consultation confident that I was doing the right thing.

The procedure couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was amazed at how quickly I healed and could comfortably go out in public.

Dr. Bray accomplished exactly what was promised. Honestly, my best friends did not notice what I had done. Even when I told them, they couldn't believe it. I do not look different but I definitely look younger. I constantly get compliments about how young I look!

I highly recommend Dr. Bray. He is a complete professional and has been doing these incredibly successful procedures his entire career. When I saw my before and after photos I was shocked at how much better I look!!

I selected Dr. Bray after researching surgeons close to me in the South Bay and was impressed with his rare triple board certified credentials and after my consultation felt very confident in my decision. I had read that a tummy tuck was one of the most difficult surgeries and painful recovery procedures performed, so I was not sure at age 66 I would be up for such a surgery. I decided to go for it and it could not have gone any better.

From day one I never felt any pain and did not experience any infection. My scar is perfectly placed and such a thin line I’m sure it will almost completely disappear. I never expected at my age to actually get a flat stomach from where we started but he did it am I’m so happy with the results and only wish I had come to him years ago. The office staff were all great, friendly and efficient and made the process from beginning to end a smooth and pleasant experience. I have great confidence in Dr. Bray and would definitely return to him for any procedure he performs.

Dr. David Bray Jr. is an amazing plastic surgeon. When I was younger I played soccer and broke my nose. I never got it fixed because I didn’t have the money and my insurance at the time didn’t cover it. Fast forward to now being a mom and always wanting my nose done I finally did it. I also had a deviated septum which was fixed during the surgery as well. I am writing this review two weeks after my septoplasty and rhinoplasty and I’m not bruised at all and I am able to do everything I usually do. Again, he is an amazing surgeon and his staff is pleasant and were very helpful with my leave of absence paperwork. If you want or need a plastic surgeon go to Dr. David Bray Jr., he doesn’t disappoint!!!!

Dr. Bray is outstanding! He was incredibly patient and informative. He was referred by my eye doctor. I am so glad that I found him. I am 61 and I was feeling old and worn out. I was nervous about having facial surgery, but I knew that I did not want to go under general or twilight anesthesia. Dr. Bray Jr. did the facial surgery under local anesthesia. I took half a valium at the beginning and the second half about midway through. I elected not to have the platysmaplasty... although from my before pictures you can see that I probably should have. Dr. Bray Jr. explained the benefits, but left the decision up to me and what I was comfortable with. My recovery has been uneventful...which is what you want! I got my stitches out Friday. I will post some photos. All pictures are taken with the same phone camera...no filters...no makeup. The after pictures are 5 days post surgery.

Posting a few photos from 11 days post op. I still have some bruising and swelling...but things are coming along. Now I need to have some type of Lazer resurfacing to help improve the texture around my chin and mouth

So I am 25 days post op. Kind of miss the swelling which made the skin around my mouth and thin area look so smooth. I still have some soreness and swelling just below my temple area and I can feel stitches underneath my skin...but overall feeling more normal. I do really regret not having the platysmaplasty. My bands are very active when I talk or smile...so I guess I will have to just keep my face still...LOL. I was fearful about having one because during one of my consults with another surgeon they mentioned I could have contour issues because my skin is very thin...so I could not get that fear out of my head. I went back and forth with myself up until the morning of my surgery and ultimately decided not to do it.
