I have 3 doctors I plan to meet with for a MR and TT and I was possibly looking to get a BA as well and after doing a lot of research the Ideal Implant really got my attention but didn’t see any of the surgeons I want to meet with listed on the website for carrying them. These surgeons I’m choosing are all board certified and really like their after photos of those who got both TT and BA done however I don’t want silicone/gummy

Answer: Idea Implants Thank you for your question. The Ideal structured saline implants are available to any plastic surgeon who wants to use them. Many surgeons continue to offer only gel implants for financial reasons and it is what they are accustomed to using. I have been using Ideal implants for several years, and my patients have been very happy with them. They are an excellent choice for women who choose not to have gel implants. Ideal implants have all of the advantages and safety of a saline implant without the risks of a gel or gummy bear implant.. Sizing is done the same way as for gel implants. I also find the shape of the Ideal implants to be much better in many patients than what they might get with a round or shaped gel implant.

Some women are not comfortable having silicone implants in their body and that was one of the reasons why the Ideal Implant was created. This implant gives a more natural feeling than traditional saline implants on the market. The unique structure of the Ideal Implant allows for a similar look and feel as silicone with the safety of saline.
