5’7” and 135 lbs - will 300cc implants look too small on me? (Photos)

Hello! I am getting the Ideal Implants on the 29h of June/18 and I’ve spent a lot of time looking at before and after photos who are similar in size to myself and am concerned that my nipples are so far apart that my breast augmentation will look funny. Like there’s a HUGE gap between my breasts. When I asked my PS he just said “that is your anatomy so *shrug*” I am concerned and hope to get another opinion.

300 cc wil probably enlarge your breasts two cup sizes. I recommend not emphasizing the bra size though. it is more important to communicate with your surgeon the and appearance of your breasts. I agree that your breasts are rather far apart. This means you should either stay with relatively smaller Ideal Implants or go with a different implant (gel would be best) in order to get a wider, lower profile implant. I have been using the Idel Implant for over two years and love them. But they only come in one profile (which can be adjusted a bit because of differing fill volumes), which most closely resembles a high profile gel implant. Good luck.

hello anglejanHi, for your guidance, here is the breast implant sizing (generalization for most patients):
32A to 32C needs about 250-275cc34A to 34C needs about 300-350cc36A to 36C needs about 350-400cc It is best to have an in-person examination so the size will be customized according to your needs. Find a board-certified plastic surgeon that has extensive experience with this kind of implant and discuss realistic goals and expectations. #implants #size

Thank you for your question. The implant volume is largely up to you (based on some constraints) and the look that you desire. Your surgeon is right that we are somewhat limited by your underlying natural anatomy as to how far apart (or how close) we can place the implants on your chest. I see what you are talking about with the nipple position, but many women have a similar starting appearance that you have and are very pleased w/ breast augmentation. I love the safety that the IDEAL implants can offer. Best wishes
