Are my breasts considered to point outwards and therefore will not be able to achieve cleavage regardless of implants? (photos)

I am 5’2.5”, 121lbs, 34A/32B (possibly smaller), petite, and athletic. Also, I’m aware of the defect of my left pectoralis muscle attachment at the sternum (see photo #5); will this cause asymmetrical breasts or affect how implants will appear? Which type & approx. size implants will I need to achieve the “wish” photos also attached in this post? I am interested in ideal implants. Thank you!
