I am really not sure why one would have mesotherapy injections in the face. As you may know, mesotherapy is not FDA approved. The general purpose of mesotherapy injections is to utilize bile salts to dissolve fat. Elimination of fat in the face is generally not desirable and counterproductive to the volume addition with Voluma.
Therefore as a licensed MD, I cannot recommend mesotherapy. As an early adopter of Juvederm Voluma and as a Juvederm instructor, Voluma is the best filler to date.
