My nipple size are still big after gynecomastia surgery. Any suggestions? (photos)

It is difficult to say for certain without an exam, but it appears that there is still breast plate tissue behind the areolar that needs to be excised to have ideal results. Treatment of gynecomastia with liposuction alone often leaves behind dense tissue that can only be removed with direct excision. This can often be done in the office setting with just local anesthesia and would likely significantly improve your results. The removal of the retroareolar tissue most often leads to a correction of the areola size without the need for removing areolar skin tissue.  Results will vary depending upon age, stick skin elasticity, volume of breast tissue and weight loss or gain. Having a blizzard frequently due to inadequate resection of breast gland tissue under the areola.  Treatment can range from surgery to removing the gland tissue or skin. I assume the third photo is what you are trying for. If so I think you need a more aggressive peri areolar skin reduction, I think you also still have some glandular tissue remaining beneath the nipple-areola.

A little tricky to tell from the photo graphs but it looks like there might still be some tissue behind the areola. Maybe fat or gland or just some scar tissue buildup.  If it is the latter sometimes just a Cortizone injection or two will solve the problem. If not the removal of a small amount of tissue will probably help. What does your surgeon say when you discuss this with him or her?
