I have indents underneath both sides of my chest. Can they be fixed?

I have had it for quite a while but not forever. Probably the past 2 years or so. It looks to be just a lack of fat or somthing in that area. I am in good shape and health but I've had it for a while and it doesn't look right. One side looks to be filling in if that makes sense and it isn't as bad as my other side. What could be causing this and is there any way to fix it? I've check the internet a million times and have never seen anything like what I have. Thanks!
